First Create a Folder, then Move Everything There!

If you want to move your data in a well organized manner, then simply create a main root folder or set your full drive (in case of lots of data) and then start moving all its related softwares, tools or stuff by finding it from anywhere form your hard drives.

For example...if you want to STORE all your SOFTWARES whether related to web, coding, designing, mobile, data, ms-office, etc then here is proper structure..

SOFTWARES (root folder or your drive label)

• AI Tools
• Antivirus
• Browsers
• Chatting
• Coding
• Gaming
• Graphics
• Mobile Tools
• Office Tools
• Portable Apps
• System Utilities
• Urdu
• Web Servers
• Writer Tools

And so on....

Now, start finding all your softwares from all your drives, folders, sub-folders etc and MOVE them out in this root folder location inside relevant sub-folders to organize your data.

This is how you can organize all your dis-organized stuff easily by the TYPE of DATA no matter what is that...whether PROJECTS (as root folder) or SONGS (as root folder) or MUSIC (as root folder) or MIRACLES (as root folder) or RESEARCH (as root folder) or BOOKS (as root folder)

These are just given examples from my own case scenario except for songs since I no longer hear useless songs anymore except soulful music when I need to fulfil certain tasks and missions.
